3. Insert the lock body into the slot opened in advance, fix the lock body with screws, insert the square core into the square hole of the lock body, insert the square hole of the front and rear panel handle into the square core, screw in the two fastening screws on the inner panel (not tightened temporarily), pass the lock cylinder through the lock cylinder hole from the inside to the outside of the door, fasten the lock cylinder with the lock body with the lock cylinder fixing screws, and then tighten the two fastening screws on the inner panel.
4. Chisel the buckle box hole and gusset plate support socket at the corresponding position of the door frame, install the buckle box and gusset plate, fasten them with self tapping screws, and make the lock tongue retract freely.
Daily maintenance
1. The newly decorated houses contain a lot of corrosive gases, especially the paint on the wooden door will emit corrosive gases such as formaldehyde, which will seriously affect the service life of the handle lock, and even corrode the lock. It is necessary to be ventilated every day and keep the room dry.
2. Remove the dust and other sundries on the handle lock surface, wipe the handle and lock body with a dry cloth, and remember to wipe with a wet cloth or clean with acid and alkaline detergent.
3. Handle lock in the daily process of opening and closing the door, it is best to hold the handle to screw the lock tongue into the lock body, and then release the hand after closing the door. Do not hit the door with force, otherwise the service life will be reduced.
4. After using the handle lock for a period of time, it may not open smoothly. Do not drop ordinary lubricating oil or engine oil into the lock cylinder, but use professional lubricating oil to drop into the lock cylinder and open it several times.
